Florida housing market is CRASHING! Or NOT! All the conversation lately about the Florida housing market and the prices of real estate in Florida is all over the map. I address what is happening in Cape Coral Florida and Fort Myers Florida as it is the most active market in Southwest Florida. The Florida housing market is not a one size fits all proposition. I keep hearing about a housing market crash, yet in this area that is not what the numbers are telling me.
