Florida housing market is CRASHING! Or NOT!
Florida housing market is CRASHING! Or NOT! All the conversation lately about the Florida housing market and the prices of real estate in Florida is all over the map. I address what is happening in Cape Coral Florida and Fort Myers Florida as it is the most active market in Southwest Florida. The Florida housing market is not a one size fits all proposition. I keep hearing about a housing market crash, yet in this area that is not what the numbers are telling me. It is adjusting, but the Florida housing market is doing just fine and will continue to do so as we LIVE IN PARADISE! Would you like to as well?
